Features:
1. Large size movable working table 1500X1000mm can support over 3000kg weight workpiece to do hardness testing, maximum moving distance 1000mm.
2. More bigger test space to allow maximum 950mm height sample to do hardness testing.
3. Close loop load cell design, the test process is automated, and there is no human operation error.
4. The test mechanism adopts high-precision spoke-type pressure sensor; the loading device has built-in precision pressure sensor, the test force value is accurate, stable and reliable, and it has the function of automatic test force compensation.
5. Contemporary advanced high-speed microprocessor is adopted, which has fast instant response and ensures that the test force accuracy is stable within ±1%
6. Testing force (load), duration time, moving speed and testing speed all can adjusted to meet different testing needs.
7. The image processing system can capture the indentation, automatically display the Brinell hardness value, save the test data and generate and print the hardness test report.
8. With hardness conversion function, test data are automatically saved in the database.
9. Adopted top quality stepper motor, high-precision ball screw and linear guide to ensure accurate positioning and easy maintenance.
10. The fuselage and worktable adopt the precision casting process, the structure is firm, rigid, accurate, reliable and durable;
